files will not delete

I am unable to delete files on my iphone. It goes through the steps but nothing happens.

Yes, this is a bug which came in with an iOS update and that will go out with the next update of iKairon which will be a major one.
It is easy to manage those files with iExplorer 2, i don't know about more recent versions.
Anyways with the next update this problem will for sure no longer exist
