Where to order Intl Atlas?

I've been having problems getting the program to accept international cities (i've read a few threads on the same) and want to purchase the international atlas but can't see where I do this. I have version 3.6

Hi Lorel,
you get the Full Atlas by upgrading to one of the Full Licenses. Easiest way is to upgrade from within the application, then just wait for the email with the download-instructions.
Alternately you can also klick on the Link to the Kagi-Shop at
http://kairon.cc and go the longer way to your Atlas

I thought I already paid for a license -- $35 several years ago. Is that not a full license? I know it's not a professional license as I don't need that.

no, this is not a full license, it is called "Mini"
Mini, because it includes the Mini-Atlas.
There is an upgrade from Mini-Private to Full Private, this is what you need in this case.
