well, rollover means:

in front of your eyes is an item, which needs further explanation.

so: whenever you are not sure about something, just place your mouse over it, and if you're lucky, something will happen all by itself.

in case of the angels: first select the moon mansions zodiac from the defaults tab of the preferences dialog. after ok-ing that pref your chart will be surrounded by 28 numbers, and on rollover (by placing the mouse cursor over one of these numbers) you will see the angel's name in the drawer, left to the chart, except you have comments turned off (in that case you need to turn them on again by checking the checkbox of the drawer's questionmarked tab
