for the time being you can hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on the above link, then choose "Download Linked File" and it should be in your Downloads folder. do you have any techies near you who would be kind enough to show you how to ftp a file?
otherwise: you can also copy the line
ftp://ftp.astro.com/pub/swisseph/ephe/ast1/se01930s.se1
into the url field of firefox and it will ask you where to put the file.
do you at least have firefox?

finally got it right and it works !

they have now the name A1 and A2 on the chart ; I'll have to read the manual to change the glyph - not enough time to find it out now
