Planetary orbs

In traditional astrology orbs are by planet rather than by aspect. It would be awesome if the user could assign specific orbs to planets and maybe even be able to show a halo around a planet showing its orb. For more of what I'm talking about:

please, have a look at the styles tutorial, it describes how to set individual orbs to individual objects. in short you define an aspect's orb, and then how many percent an object uses of its orbs.
that way you can even exclude certain objects from your calculations.
(so this reply may seem lateish, but in fact it only points to an answer that was here 4 years before this question was actually put) 8)
((anyways: sorry i am late)) :?

That's good to know! I'll have to take another look at that. What about drawing a halo around and object to represent its orb visually?

you can use the aspect-choker to choke down all aspects at once by degree and you can see from the thickness of a line how exact a displayed aspect is. displaying the orb would just mess up the graphics, anybody changing orbs from standard to special will already know what they are doing, how they are doing it and why. so it is easier to give larger orbs, as the not strong aspects have thinner lines and the powerful ones get fat lines, and to see how exact the aspects are, choke them down and see how they will fade one by one.
