Missing Font _ Program won't Launch

Kairon 3.53 app seemed to install fine, but on launch I get an error.

Font Alert!
Please install the newest Version of the Font "Kairon_Semiserif", which came with your Installer!

The font is installed, I can see it and use it in Text Edit. Restarted my Mac
10.4.6 and still the same message on Launch.

Any Suggestions or Hints?

do you have any older version of the Kairon font active as well?
this could lead to Kairon choosing the wrong one of the two fonts that internally share the same name, but by filename differ by the "_" (underscore).
Another strange thing could also be to install the font via the active user account instead of the superuser (i.e. <users>/<username>/Library/fonts instead of /Library/Fonts)
It could even work out fine after restarting your mac.

I have had the same problem. Moving the file "KaironSemiserif" (without the underscore) out of the Fonts folder solved it.
